1. Switch off your android device.
2. Hold volume up + home key + power button all at the same time.
3. If your device doesn’t have home key then just hold volume up + power.
4. Wait for a menu to appear on the screen.
5. Use volume keys to scroll up and down and power button to hit OK.
6. Scroll down to Restore Factory Defaults or Delete all User Data.
7. Hit the power button and a new menu will appear.
8. Scroll down to Reboot System Now and hit the power button again.
9. Wait for your device to reboot and your device is now unlocked.
